Return Policy

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

A. Instructions on the Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement:

You may submit your statement by email, post, using the online withdrawal form below or by using the model withdrawal form provided in Section C. The use of either form is optional.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will not reimburse any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
